ITF14 (GTIN14) Barcode Labels

ITF14 Barcode Labels are used to identify retail inventory at outer case level in retail distribution applications. As well as the ITF14 symbol the labels will also typically contain information such as item description, units in carton and manufacturing/batch number.

Labels are generally larger than Item level labels so that they can be scanned at distance either by goods inwards warehouse operatives or automated scanning systems. High volume manufacturers will often print the ITF14 symbols directly on to cardboard boxes, negating the need for a label.
