Changing the amount of space between the grooves allows for endless unique identifiers to be associated with different actions.<\/p>\n<h3>How could these\u00a0acoustic\u00a0barcode labels be used?<\/h3>\n<p>The main point here is to read\u00a0acoustic\u00a0barcodes there is no need for a\u00a0separate\u00a0device such as a mobile phone. Imagine walking down a street and seeing barcodes on the window. All you need to do is rub your finger along the barcode label and the voice is activated to tell you all about the product you are interested in. And this is just one idea.
